A sweeter taste for children
This extra virgin olive oil contains mainly the Arbequina variety, which is known for its subtle fruity notes. This makes it sweeter for children’s palates. It is complemented by the Picual variety, which provides high stability and a high polyphenol content.
The olives are harvested and bottled on the family’s Nobleza del Sur estate. Each year they select the best fruit from their farms. They carefully hand-pick them at the optimum time of ripeness to obtain the best natural olive juice. The olives are transported to their own pressing plant, where the oil is extracted at low temperature using state-of-the-art machinery under strict quality control. The company uses sustainable methods and environmentally friendly production, resulting in a very tasty and healthy oil.
It has the aroma of tomatoes and aromatic herbs and tastes sweet and fruity. An excellent choice for baby’s first starters, raw, steamed and boiled vegetables. Also for rice, white meat and fish.
