How we solved the complexity of the composition
The functional benefits of the bar are provided by bovine collagen, rice protein and an extra high fibre content. The great taste comes from natural ingredients, starring almonds, cashews, coconut and Ceylon cinnamon. To sweeten the bar, we’ve opted for a small amount of natural stevia over artificial sweeteners.
To the primary ingredients, we added only essential and non-hazardous food-grade moisture stabilizers such as sunflower lecithin and glycerol in minimal amounts. They ensure that the bar does not lose its shape and freshness within a few weeks.
