26,6 mg per capsule A proteolytic enzyme derived from pineapple (Ananas comosus). Bromelain is a popular ingredient in digestive supplements for its activity in breaking down proteins. Enzymatic activity is expressed in PU (proteolytic units).
33,3 mg per capsule An enzyme that breaks down fats into fatty acids and glycerol. Lipase is naturally produced by the pancreas and is essential for the efficient digestion of fatty foods.

Betaine HCl
Betaine HCl is a source of hydrochloric acid, which is essential for activating pepsin and creating the acidic environment optimal for protein breakdown. A daily dose of 3 capsules provides 900 mg of betaine HCl — significantly more than standard digestive supplements.
Triple-phase protease
Proteases are typically active only within a narrow pH range. The triple-phase combination (pH 3,0 + 4,5 + 6,0) covers protein breakdown across multiple stages of digestion — from the acidic environment of the stomach to the more neutral intestinal environment.
Bromelain from pineapple
Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme from pineapple (Ananas comosus) with exceptionally high enzymatic activity — 1 000 000 PU per capsule. It complements the triple-phase protease as an additional plant-derived source of proteolytic activity.
When and how to take it?
The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day. Swallow capsules whole with plenty of water. Best taken immediately before or with a meal.
