Recipe: Hot and creamy breakfast cocoa with MCT oil
Our coffee with butter and MCT oil has won many fans. This is mainly because of the pure energy it gives us to cope with intellectual and physical challenges throughout the day. But if you don’t drink coffee or are looking for a substitute, we have a healthy and tasty alternative for you: ceremonial cocoa with MCT oil.
The preparation of this hot breakfast drink is very simple. It contains no refined sugar or artificial sweeteners and can be enjoyed by vegans, people with a gluten-free or lactose-free diet. This cocoa will replenish your body and brain with energy in the morning.
Procedure:
- In a small bowl, add 3-4 medallions of Powerlogy cocoa, 1 tbsp MCT oil, some warm plant milk and stir to dissolve or let it warm up for a while.
- In a taller glass, whisk 200 ml of slightly warm (vegetable) milk and pour our prepared cocoa mixture into the foaming milk.
- Stir everything together gently and you can add maple syrup or honey for a sweeter taste.
