At Powerlogy, we develop functional foods of great and pure taste to improve lifestyle in their own families, but also for specific groups of people who have ambitions to fine-tune their lifestyle for the full realization of their own potential.
Chocolate is one of the most popular sweets, but unfortunately not in the quality and standards by which it could really contribute to an improved lifestyle. In this product, we joined forces with Vlado Zlatoš, who is an expert in low-carbohydrate diet and improving the efficiency of metabolism for fat burning.
We have created a product that meets the demanding standards of Low Carb, Keto, Paleo, but also vegan style of eating. The chocolate contains almost no sugar, but thanks to the quality and real cocoa mass produced by the bean-to-bar approach in Slovakia, it tastes great. Thanks to the recipe, many people estimated it at 75% chocolate on a blind test.
After long development and a really long testing period, the final recipe for a unique functional chocolate with 10% MCT fats and chopped cocoa beans was created. We believe that Power Chocobars will provide a great alternative to a healthy and delicious snack at home, at work or on the go. Why did we come up with a new recipe?
As more does not automatically mean better, less is not always worse. At Powerlogy, we constantly monitor and consult with experts on the latest knowledge in the field of nutrition. In the field of functional foods, the paradigm of maximization to optimization is changing in the world. And this includes the main goal of Powerlogy – to prepare functional foods of pure taste for HUMAN POWER cultivation.
Cultivation is not maximization, but optimization.
We are constantly testing chocolate and since we work with fresh cocoa beans, we work with the current variety every year.
The new type of cocoa (Criollo) is of much higher quality and we believe it is tastier, hence the price is naturally higher. We also replaced maple sugar for non-organic delivery by air from Canada with organically and sustainably grown cane sugar. The composition, functionality and quality of our chocolate, of course, is not affected. In our opinion, we have also improved the taste and experience. We do not want to change the price, so we changed the weight from 60 g to 50 g. The change is also based on your feedback, practicality and average recommended daily allowance.
