We are constantly testing chocolate and since we work with fresh cocoa beans, we work with the current variety every year.
The new type of cocoa (Criollo) is of much higher quality and we believe it is tastier, hence the price is naturally higher. We also replaced maple sugar for non-organic delivery by air from Canada with organically and sustainably grown cane sugar. The composition, functionality and quality of our chocolate, of course, is not affected. In our opinion, we have also improved the taste and experience. We do not want to change the price, so we changed the weight from 60 g to 50 g. The change is also based on your feedback, practicality and average recommended daily allowance.
