Exquisite oil created from Hojiblanca olives from a small family farm, Deortegas, in Spain, Yecla.

Cultivated without fertilizers, the only fertilizers are remains from the process of the olive oils creation. Ideally in a dark, cool place. Stoage away from sunlight is extremely important - this will extend the life of your olive oil, as it will oxidize more slowly. As for the cold, no refrigerator is needed.
Our BIO olive oil contains approximately 230 mg of polyphenols per kilogram. This means that you will find more than 150 mg of polyphenols in one bottle. Thanks to them, the oil is stable and does not oxidize quickly.
We view this olive oil as an investment. It is exceptional in its quality, composition and taste.
