Unfortunately, most products on the market don’t meet the standards of quality ingredients or delicious taste, and so they don’t give us their 100% potential. They are often full of soy, low quality protein and artificial sweeteners. As a result, they have an oversweetened, artificial taste and a rubbery or crumbly consistency. How we solved the complexity of the composition
Functional benefits are provided by whey protein, bovine collagen and a high fibre content. The great taste comes from natural ingredients, starring Fino de Aroma cocoa from Colombia, cashew butter and white yoghurt topping. To sweeten the frosting, we preferred a small amount of sugar and natural stevia over artificial sweeteners.
We used only essential and non-hazardous food-grade moisture stabilisers and toppings such as sunflower lecithin and glycerol in minimal amounts. They ensure that the bar does not lose its shape and freshness within a few weeks.
