The pack contains 60 doses (60 capsules).
Take: 1 capsule daily in the morning. 1 capsule, 1 capsule per day, preferably at least one hour after waking up.
Warning: Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet. A dietary supplement containing 100 mg of caffeine. Not for use by children under 10 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use if the outer cap is broken or damaged.
This supplement contains vitamin B3 in the form of niacin. A known and common effect of niacin is vasodilation (dilation of blood vessels). This can lead to tingling, redness and heating of the skin of the face, hands and torso. This phenomenon disappears by itself and is not harmful. To reduce this effect, take Strong Morning supplement with food.
