How we cracked the formula
The functional benefits are delivered by whey protein, bovine collagen, and a high fibre content. The great taste is built on natural ingredients, with the starring roles going to Fino de Aroma cacao from Colombia, cashew butter, and a white yoghurt coating. To sweeten the coating, we chose a small amount of sugar and natural stevia over artificial sweeteners.
We used only essential and safe food-grade moisture and coating stabilisers — sunflower lecithin and glycerol — in minimal amounts. They ensure the bar holds its shape and stays fresh for weeks.
