With Organic Vegan Bar, the focus is primarily on delivering a vegan protein bar with optimal sugar levels and a balanced composition. However, we do not use any artificial sweeteners or problematic polyols, which cause digestive issues and bloating in many people.
Instead, we opted for natural ingredients such as quality almonds, coconut, MCT fats and cinnamon. For gentle sweetness and a pleasant texture, we used rice syrup, which is easily digestible and releases energy gradually.
