How to prepare Golden Milk
Golden milk is a drink that will fill you up and give you plenty of energy. To prepare it you need:
- 200 ml of (plant) milk
- 1 tsp Powerlogy Upgraded Organic Turmeric (you can adjust the dose if you want a less/more intense drink)
- 1 tsp Powerlogy Organic Ghee Butter
- 1 tbsp Powerlogy C8 MCT oil
- stick blender for proper blending
The process couldn’t be easier. Heat the milk, add the remaining ingredients and blend everything properly. We wish you only one thing to go with your nicely served cup: cheers!
Other uses for the turmeric mixture
- In the morning on an empty stomach, 1 tsp of turmeric with 1 tsp of MCT oil or ghee and 50 ml of warm water.
