What matters in 20 seconds
100% Fino de Aroma ceremonial cacao of exceptional quality. The cacao beans come from Colombia, sourced from carefully selected micro-regions: Santander, Arauca, Huila, Tumaco, and Necoclí. Lightly roasted Criollo cacao retains its full aroma alongside a smooth, clean flavour. Processed according to indigenous tradition, with minimal intervention in the raw material.
Every 100 grams contains 53 g of cacao butter and 17 g of fibre, with no added sugar or additives. Theobromine naturally present in cacao delivers smooth, sustained energy without the jitters or crash that coffee often brings.1
Ideal for
Theobromine vs caffeine — the difference you'll feel
Like coffee, cacao activates the brain. But where caffeine brings a sharp onset and a fast crash, theobromine acts gently and lasts — no jitters, no slump.
Built With Intent
Powerlogy Ceremonial Cacao is 100% unprocessed cacao beans. Every 100 g contains three groups of bioactive compounds that together define its effect profile.
2 500 mg per 100 g A gentle, sustained stimulant. Unlike caffeine, it dilates blood vessels and delivers calm alertness without jitters. Effects last 6–8 hours and fade smoothly — no crash.1
1 320 mg per 100 g (DP1–7) Supports circulation and cognitive function. Contains significantly more flavanols than alkalized cacao (~30 mg). They increase blood flow to the brain and contribute to mental clarity.2
~230 mg per 100 g A natural serotonin precursor. The body converts it into serotonin — the neurotransmitter of contentment and inner calm. Combined with theobromine, cacao creates a sense of balanced wellbeing without stimulant overload.
264 mg per 100 g A naturally occurring mineral from cacao beans. Each 20 g serving contains ~53 mg of magnesium — 14% of the recommended daily intake. No fortification, just the natural content of the raw ingredient.
Why not all cacao is equal
Most cacao on the market is alkalized, blended from various varieties, and processed for maximum yield. We chose a different path.3
Fino de Aroma — top 5 %
Only the rarest category of cacao bean, grown in Colombia. Complex flavour and a higher concentration of polyphenolic compounds that ordinary cacao cannot match.
No alkalization
Our cacao is not Dutch-processed. Flavanols and polyphenols are preserved exactly as nature intended — without chemical pH adjustment.
Minimal processing
Lightly roasted and ground, no additives. Lab testing confirms 1 320 mg of flavanols per 100 g and ochratoxin A below the detection limit.
Flavanols in cacao — processing matters
Alkalization (Dutch process) destroys up to 90% of flavanols. Powerlogy Ceremonial Cacao is not alkalized.4
How to prepare ceremonial cacao
The recommended serving is 20–40 g of cacao per cup (200 ml). Use warm, not boiling, water or milk.

Frequently asked questions
Ceremonial cacao is made from 100% high-quality cacao beans with no added sugar, milk, or emulsifiers. It contains a significantly higher proportion of cacao butter and bioactive compounds (flavanols, theobromine) than instant cocoa or shop-bought hot chocolate.
Cacao contains a very small amount of caffeine (approximately 0,1% per 100 g) — far less than coffee. The primary stimulant is theobromine, which acts more gently, lasts longer, and does not cause the typical caffeine crash.
Yes. 20–40 g of cacao per day is a typical serving. For most people, it is ideal in the morning or before mentally demanding work. Those who are more sensitive are advised to avoid consuming it in the evening due to the mild stimulating effect of theobromine.
