Built With Intent

A functional blend of 10 BIO ingredients, each with a clear purpose. Turmeric and piperine form the foundation, adaptogens complete it, and spices round out the flavour. Dried coconut milk improves the absorption of fat-soluble active compounds.

BIO turmeric
42,67 % — curcumin
Contains the polyphenol curcumin — the compound that gives turmeric its golden colour.2–4
BIO black pepper
1,5 % — piperine
Piperine increases the bioavailability of curcumin by up to 2000% — without it, most curcumin passes through the digestive tract unused.1
BIO dried coconut milk
30 % — MCT fats
Coconut fats improve the absorption of curcumin (fat-soluble) and deliver a creamy flavour without added sugar.
BIO maca
Peruvian adaptogen
A traditional Peruvian root, used for centuries in the Andes.
BIO ashwagandha
2 % — adaptogen
An Ayurvedic herb used for thousands of years in traditional Indian cuisine and culture.
BIO ginger
gingerol
Bioactive gingerol gives ginger its natural warmth and complements the flavour of turmeric.
BIO cinnamon
cinnamaldehyde
A warming spice that adds natural sweetness without any sugar.
BIO cardamom
aromatic phytochemicals
The 'Queen of Spices' — it rounds out the blend's aromatic profile.
BIO chilli
capsaicin
A touch of chilli adds a gentle heat without overpowering turmeric's flavour.
Sea salt
minerals
A pinch of salt balances the flavour, brings out the sweet notes of coconut and cardamom, and provides trace minerals.

Three ingredient groups in every serving — curcumin with piperine, adaptogens, and warming spices.

1
Curcumin + piperine → absorption
Piperine from black pepper slows the breakdown of curcumin in the liver and increases its absorption by up to 2000%.1
2
Adaptogens → tradition
Maca and ashwagandha — two adaptogenic roots used for centuries in Peru and India.
3
Spices → flavour
Ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon add natural warmth and depth to the flavour.

Why turmeric alone isn't enough

Curcumin has poor bioavailability — without the right combination, most of it passes through the digestive tract unused. Piperine from black pepper + coconut fats together increase its bioavailability by up to 20 times.1

Frequently asked questions

Piperine from black pepper slows the breakdown of curcumin in the liver and intestinal wall, increasing its bioavailability by up to 20-fold (+2000%). Without piperine, most curcumin would pass through the digestive tract unused. The 1.5% level is optimal — it doesn't overpower the flavour of turmeric while preserving its full effect.

Yes. It pairs best with Organic Ghee butter and C8 MCT oil (curcumin is fat-soluble — more fat = better absorption). It also complements Upgraded Organic Berries (antioxidants) or Greens (vitamins and minerals) beautifully.

5–10 g per day (1–2 teaspoons). We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing to taste and tolerance. A 300 g pack lasts 30–60 days of daily use.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use — curcumin, piperine and ashwagandha may affect hormonal balance. We also recommend seeking medical advice if you are taking blood-thinning medication.

Once opened, we recommend consuming within 6 months. Store in a dry, dark place — curcumin is sensitive to light and moisture.

If I had to pick just one supplement out of all of them, it would be Upgraded Turmeric without hesitation 🧡

I discovered it completely by accident and decided to try it after reading a review from a woman it had helped during PMS. I used to have extremely painful periods – on the first days I often couldn't function normally, and the pain would regularly make me sick.

With regular use, especially about two weeks before my period, I notice a big difference. My period isn't completely pain-free, but it's much more bearable, I can function normally, and since then I haven't been sick from the pain again. Of course, this is my personal experience and I can't say for certain how much of the improvement is down to this product specifically. But to women who also struggle with very painful periods, I would definitely recommend at least giving it a try.

And if the taste isn't for you: I put it in about 115 ml of 100% orange juice, give it a good shake and drink it like a shot. 🍊 It also tastes good in a protein shake, for us anyway.

Another plus is how long it lasts – one pack really does last a long time, so despite long-term use I don't have to buy it often.

For me, it's a product I keep coming back to. 🧡

Excellent taste

Excellent composition

The effect definitely outweighs the taste. With honey or some other flavour the drink is quite nice, on its own it tastes earthy.

Great for making drinks, I really recommend it.
