However you take your energy in a cup, we’ve crafted a special version with our C8 MCT oil — which delivers energy in its purest form — and a spoonful of our easy-to-digest Ghee butter, giving your coffee a rich flavour and exceptional aroma.
- 1–2 x Espresso
- 1 tbsp Powerlogy C8 MCT Oil
- 1 tbsp of our Ghee butter
- Hot water or your favourite milk, to taste
- In a large cup, brew a quality espresso or double espresso using our organic coffee.
- Add 1 tbsp of our Ghee butter to the brewed coffee and stir until melted, then add 1 tbsp of Powerlogy pure C8 MCT Oil and blend with a milk frother until creamy and frothy.
- Top up the mixture with hot water or steamed milk according to your preference.
- Enjoy your energising cup!
How to use?
The recommended daily serving is 10–15 ml (1 tbsp). The oil is completely flavourless and odourless — add it to any cold drink or food.

No. C8 MCT oil has a low smoke point (~160 °C) and high heat degrades its properties. For cooking and frying, use Powerlogy BIO coconut oil or ghee instead. C8 MCT oil is intended for cold use only.
