BONTHÉ Maté Lemon is South American maté with lemongrass. It has a distinctive, refreshing lemon taste. Maté contains a lot of caffeine, which is why many people drink it instead of coffee.
It has a high caffeine content, so drink it in the morning or during the day, preferably not in the evening. The pack contains 16 pyramid tea bags of 2.5 g.

Maté, flavouring, lemongrass.
Ilex paraguariensis Leaves of yerba maté holly, an evergreen shrub from South America.
Cymbopogon citratus Together with the flavouring, it gives the maté a lemony taste.
2.5 g, individually wrapped A biodegradable bag with a string and tag, each wrapped separately in foil. In a pyramid the leaves have more room.

How to prepare
Pour 350 ml of water at 85 °C, never boiling, over one tea bag. Leave to steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
