Bonthé is the tea range, from single origin green and white teas through to the caffeine free herbal and fruit infusions. It is sold in tea bags and as loose matcha.
The 16 teas include Ceremonial Matcha Bio in 30 g, Sencha, Yerba Maté Bio, Chamomile Bio, Strawberry and Ginger & Lemon.

Green tea wants water at about 80 degrees. Straight off the boil it turns bitter in seconds, and no timing rescues it.
