They're extremely strong, but probably not for everyone. My wife got diarrhoea from them, so I tried them too, and after 2 days they really cleaned me out as well. I guess it's too much of a good thing for us :) but I believe they'll help someone.

thank you for the honest description, digestive reactions to probiotics can be individual.

30 billion bacteria per capsule is a higher dose, when starting out it can temporarily change digestion until the microbiome adjusts, we recommend starting with, say, every other day and watching how your body reacts.

If the discomfort persists, we recommend consulting a doctor.
