Freshness: the TOTOX of the incoming algal oil is below 5, and of the finished oil in the bottle 6.5. The oil is independently tested for heavy metals, dioxins and PCBs.
No reference intake (RI) has been established for omega-3 fatty acids.
Recommended dose: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day, ideally with a meal. Shake before use.
Warning: The supplemental daily intake of EPA and DHA combined must not exceed 5 g. If you have atrial fibrillation, ask your doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of the reach of children.
Storage: In a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use within 6 weeks. The oil may turn cloudy or form a sediment; this does not affect its quality.
