What makes it unique?

An exceptional oil made from Hojiblanca olives from the small family farm Deortegas in Yecla, Spain.

The oil has a radiant golden colour, a velvety aroma, and its unique flavour has earned it multiple awards. The acidity is exceptionally low – 0.14%. The quality is exceptionally high.

The olives are grown without fertilisers — the only fertiliser used is residue from the olive oil production process. The “dry farming” method is employed, ensuring their high nutritional value. They are packed with beneficial phytonutrients. Hand-harvested at the turn of October and November. Thanks to its high polyphenol content, the oil is considered an unofficial natural functional remedy.
