What is in the pack

Root extract from a single plant, nothing else.

Asian ginseng
Panax ginseng, root Korean or Asian ginseng. Don't confuse it with Siberian ginseng (eleuthero), which is a different plant.
Ginsenosides
80 % in the extract A group of compounds typical of ginseng. Extracts are standardised according to their content.

Why a standardised extract?

Ginseng is sold both as ground root and as an extract. They differ mainly in whether the ginsenoside content is stated.

Who is Flow?

Flow is a Czech brand of the Prague company Brainio, which makes minerals, vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts. With ginseng, what convinced me is that it is an extract from a single species, Panax ginseng, with the ginsenoside content stated.

  • Single species: Panax ginseng, not a mix of different ginsengs
  • Stated ginsenosides: extract standardised to their content
  • No fillers: the powder contains only the extract
