The essentials in 20 seconds
Flow Quercetin is Quercefit®, quercetin from the Italian manufacturer Indena bound to phospholipids from sunflower lecithin. Quercetin on its own dissolves very poorly in water; binding it to phospholipids improves this.
One serving is 250 mg of Quercefit®, which is approximately 85 to 105 mg of quercetin. The 50 g pack contains 200 servings.
What is in the pack
Quercetin from one source and the phospholipids it is bound to.
34 to 42 % Quercefit® A flavonoid found naturally in onions, apples, capers and cherries. In Quercefit® it comes from the flower buds of the Japanese pagoda tree (Sophora japonica).
from sunflower lecithin Phytosome technology from Indena: the quercetin is bound to phospholipids so that it disperses better.
Why Quercefit®?
Quercetin in supplements differs mainly in form. Ordinary quercetin hardly dissolves in water.

Who is Flow?
Flow is a Czech brand of the Prague company Brainio, which makes minerals, vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts. With quercetin, what convinced me is that they used a branded raw material with a verified composition, not an anonymous powder.
- Branded raw material: Quercefit® from Italy's Indena
- Known source: the flower buds of the Japanese pagoda tree
- Honest labelling: the amount of both Quercefit® and quercetin per serving
