How we cracked the formula
The bar’s functional benefits come from bovine collagen, rice protein, and an exceptionally high fibre content. The great taste comes entirely from natural ingredients — starring almonds, cashews, coconut, and Ceylon cinnamon. For sweetness, we chose a small amount of natural stevia over any artificial sweeteners.
Beyond the primary ingredients, we added only essential and safe food-grade moisture stabilisers — sunflower lecithin and glycerol in minimal amounts — to keep the bar firm and fresh for weeks.
