There's no soy in the ingredients – the bar contains almonds, cashews, coconut and Ceylon cinnamon, and we sweeten it exclusively with steviol glycosides from stevia, which can sometimes leave a slightly bitter note; that's usually what causes the feeling of an "artificial" taste.
