Flow Anabolic Fusion is a complex of 11 substances in a daily serving of 4 capsules: 800 mg of Tribulus terrestris extract, 400 mg of D-aspartic acid, 300 mg of maca, 300 mg of maral root and other plant extracts, plus zinc and boron.
The plant extracts in it have no health claims authorised in the EU, so we attribute no effects to them. Of its ingredients, zinc has them: it contributes to normal protein synthesis and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.1

The daily serving contains 10 mg of boron, which is the upper limit of safe intake according to EFSA: do not take together with other supplements containing boron.

Who is Flow?
Flow is a Czech brand of the Prague company Brainio, which makes minerals, vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts. With Anabolic Fusion, what convinced me is that for each of the 11 substances they state the exact amount and the active compound content of the extract, rather than a secret blend.

We don't promise that. The plant extracts in Anabolic Fusion have no health claims authorised in the EU. Of its ingredients, only zinc has authorised claims.
