Flow Antioxidant is a complex of 11 ingredients in a daily dose of 2 capsules: Quercefit® quercetin, alpha-lipoic acid, pterostilbene, grape seed and green tea extracts, liposomal vitamin C, coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol), HydroCurc® curcumin, vitamin E, lutein and NatAxtin® astaxanthin.
Vitamin C and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.1 The dose contains 80 mg of vitamin C (100% RI) and 20 mg of vitamin E (167% RI).

How to use

Recommended dose: 2 capsules a day during the day with a meal, taken with plenty of water. The manufacturer recommends not taking them just before training or within 3 hours after it.
Contains 55 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) per daily dose. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Do not consume this product on an empty stomach or on a day when you consume other products containing green tea.
Warning: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not suitable for children or pregnant and breastfeeding women. If you take medication, consult a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children.
