Who is Flow?
Flow is a Czech brand of the Prague company Brainio, which makes minerals, vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts. With Beauty, what convinced me is that alongside biotin they add zinc and vitamin C, and state the exact amount of each of the 17 substances.
