Recommended daily dose: 9 drops per day in the morning with food.

Who is Flow?

Flow is a Czech brand of the Prague company Brainio, which makes minerals, vitamins, amino acids and plant extracts. With vitamin D, what convinced me is that it comes in oil with K2 in the MK-7 form and without a single unnecessary ingredient. It is made by the Czech laboratory VDS-lab.

  • Three ingredients: MCT oil, D3 and K2, nothing else
  • MK-7 form: menaquinone-7 instead of the cheaper MK-4
  • Precise dosing: 9 drops per serving, 32 servings per bottle
