What matters in 20 seconds
A combination of vitamin D3 (5 000 IU) and K2 in MK-7 form (150 µg) in a single vegan capsule. Enhanced bioavailability and absorption. Gluten-free, lactose-free and GMO-free.
Why D3 and K2 belong together
Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption from food. Vitamin K2 in MK-7 form activates proteins that regulate its distribution — directing calcium to bones and teeth. The combination of both vitamins is therefore cited in expert literature as a sound choice for long-term D3 supplementation.
Built With Intent
D3+K2 Complex is built on two vitamins with clearly defined sources and forms. D3 is derived from lanolin — a natural animal source — while K2 is obtained through fermentation in its MK-7 form, which has a longer half-life in the body than standard MK-4.
cholecalciferol from lanolin A natural form of vitamin D3 from an animal source. Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to maintaining normal blood calcium levels, and to maintaining healthy bones and teeth.
menaquinone-7, MK-7 – fermentation A form of vitamin K2 with a longer half-life in the body, obtained through fermentation. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and to normal blood clotting.
Ideal for
Why did we choose this form?
We pair vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lanolin with vitamin K2 in its active MK-7 form (menaquinone obtained through fermentation). This combination helps support bone, heart, and immune health.1-3
The chosen form also ensures good bioavailability and absorption.
When and how to take it?
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule. Swallow the capsule whole with plenty of water. Best absorbed when taken with a meal containing fat – vitamin D3 is lipophilic.
