What is prebiotic fibre?
Prebiotic fibre is a type of fibre that the human body cannot digest, yet it serves as food for beneficial bacteria in the gut. The chicory root fibre (inulin — derived from the plant shown in the image) in this bar supports the growth of good bacteria and contributes to a healthy microbiome.
