prebiotic Natural inulin — food for beneficial gut bacteria. 9 g of fibre in one bar.
Coconut powder
8.7% Carries the coconut flavour and keeps the bar soft without palm oil.
Desiccated coconut

MCT fats
medium-chain Medium-chain triglycerides as a fast source of energy.

What is prebiotic fibre?

Prebiotic fibre is a type of fibre that the human body cannot digest, yet it serves as food for beneficial bacteria in the gut. The chicory root fibre (inulin — derived from the plant shown in the image) in this bar supports the growth of good bacteria and contributes to a healthy microbiome.

The science behind the Upgraded line

I created the Powerlogy Upgraded premium line for the most discerning customers, who demand the highest quality and efficacy. Upgraded products are enhanced with innovative ingredients such as MCT oil, prebiotic fibre, adaptogens and bioactive compounds.

I develop the formulas based on the latest scientific findings. I combine the effects of various ingredients to provide energy and support specific body functions – immunity, digestion, recovery, and physical and mental performance. I consult on the functional benefits with the scientific advisory board that we work closely with at Powerlogy.

I recommend Upgraded products as the solution for people who want a reliable source of energy and nutrition every day.

Frequently asked questions

No, it is gluten-free. It does contain milk and soy lecithin, so skip it if you are allergic to either.

Concentrate keeps more of the natural components of whey and holds a better texture in a bar than isolate does. One bar has 11 g of protein.

One 50 g bar contains 5 g of sugar. It is sweetened with steviol glycosides from stevia — no maltitol and no aspartame.

It is natural inulin from chicory. It is not broken down in the small intestine and serves as food for beneficial bacteria. One bar holds 9 g of it, more than a conventional protein bar.

After training to top up protein, between meals instead of a sweet, or on the go when there is no time for a proper meal.

The bar's slightly sweet taste is balanced out by the dark chocolate and coconut. It stuck to my teeth a bit, but I just can't resist it with coffee. I have to hold myself back from eating the whole thing with just one cup of coffee. Highly recommend trying it.
