I use the coffee with mushrooms even instead of "red" medicines, e.g. for headaches or migraines, for nausea, for a sharp drop in blood pressure, paradoxically for diarrhoea... I noticed once at work when I felt sick and used the coffee in the office as first aid, quickly poured with just lukewarm water from the kettle, that within half an hour it kicked in.
