Powerlogy nut butters meet the highest quality standards and are designed not only for exceptional taste, but also outstanding nutritional value.
At Powerlogy, we go to great lengths to develop products that combine the power of pure flavour with functionality — delivering extra energy and above-average physical and mental performance. We believe that quality food changes how you think, which is why all our products offer outstanding nutritional value.
What makes it unique?
You may have spent time in the United States, Australia, or Western Europe, where nut butters are a staple of a healthy lifestyle. Back in Slovakia, beyond peanut butters loaded with sugar and artificial preservatives, we couldn’t find a product that both appealed to our taste and met our exacting quality standards. So we decided to change that.
With a vision for flawless food, we set out on a research journey and tested more than 50 different brands at home and abroad. A turning point was the Food Festival in London, where we gained valuable insights for our recipe.
We then spent several months testing the product with our manufacturing partners in Nitra. The result is a unique cashew spread (“butter”) made from premium-quality cashew nuts and with no added sugar. The only ingredient that enhances the flavour and elevates the natural sweetness is coconut.
Why cashews?
You may already know this, but not all nuts are created equal! Peanuts, for example, are not an ideal source of nutrients due to their high content of polyunsaturated fats, allergens, and omega-6 fatty acids. Walnuts, meanwhile, are highly susceptible to mould and oxidation, which inevitably lowers their nutritional value and increases their pro-inflammatory effect.
From this perspective, cashews, almonds and coconut are truly unique. Not only do they contain a high concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids, which are an ideal source of energy for the body, but also plenty of protein, vitamin E and fibre.
