Fizzy Collagen dissolves with a fizz in a glass of water and drinks like a soft drink, which is mostly why the tub gets finished. It is a collagen powder, so there is no need to stir it into coffee or a shake.
Three flavours are made, Berries, Green Apple and Orange, each in a 300 g tub. Per 100 g they hold 60 to 65 g of protein and 0 g sugars, so the flavour is the main thing to choose by.

Use cold water and let it settle before drinking. In hot water it foams over the top of the glass and you lose half of it.
