Frequently asked questions
Any time of day — first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, after training, or in the evening before bed. Consistency is what matters most. Collagen is a protein, not a medicine — take it consistently every day for 8–12 weeks.
It works best in 200–250 ml of cold or room-temperature water — the drink will start to fizz pleasantly. It also works brilliantly in sparkling water or cold citrus tea. Add fresh lemon or ice for extra refreshment. We don't recommend mixing with hot drinks (see the Dosage section for more).
We don't recommend it. Sodium bicarbonate and the acids in the fizzing formula react with water to produce CO₂ — in a hot liquid, the reaction would happen too quickly and the drink could overflow. You'd also lose the effervescent effect. For collagen in coffee, smoothies, or hot drinks, we recommend Natural Collagen 300 g, which contains no fizzing additives.
No. Fizzy Collagen contains no sugar or artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with stevia — a natural plant-based sweetener with a zero glycaemic index. Suitable for low-carbohydrate and ketogenic diets.
