Amino acids are the essential building blocks of protein and play a key role in growth, recovery, and the proper functioning of the body. Each serving delivers a profile of 18 amino acids — including BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) for muscle growth and protection, lysine and methionine for immunity and metabolism, and tryptophan and tyrosine to support mood and energy.
Macro breakdown per serving
Each 30 g serving contains 19 g of protein (72%), 5,7 g of carbohydrates (22%), and 1,6 g of fat (6%). The macros are optimised for maximum protein intake with minimal caloric load.
When and how to take it?
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) into 200 ml of water or plant-based milk. The protein dissolves naturally in both cold and hot drinks. Add fruit, nut butter, or use it in smoothie bowls and healthy recipes.
