Taste without compromise

Dried apples — 6.5% real apple pieces, not flavouring. They are what turns the granola into apple pie.

Cinnamon and vanilla — Cinnamon with natural vanilla flavouring — the smell of freshly baked strudel without a single grain of artificial sweetener.

Gluten-free oats — 31% of the mix, baked until crunchy. Certified gluten-free oats that never meet wheat during harvesting or milling.

Ingredients that make sense

Nine ingredients, no fillers or preservatives. Percentages match the production specification.

Gluten-free oats 31%
complex carbohydrates
The base of the whole granola. Certified gluten-free oats — not ordinary oats, which are often contaminated with wheat.
Protein crispies
soy protein isolate
Crunchy little balls of protein isolate and tapioca starch. They take the protein up to 21 g without the granola losing its texture.
Rice syrup
the only sweetener
No white sugar, no sucralose, no steviol. Some of the sugars also come from the dried apples.
Peanuts 12%
protein and fat
Roasted peanuts bring flavour and part of the protein — and they are why the granola is not just sweet.
Dried apples 6.5%
real fruit
Dried apple pieces, not flavouring. They are what turns the granola into apple pie.
Coconut oil
for baking
Instead of palm oil, which is the norm in this category.
Pumpkin seeds
magnesium and zinc
They bring magnesium and zinc and add a second kind of crunch.
Cinnamon 0.5%
flavour
Together with natural vanilla flavouring, it rounds off the taste of freshly baked strudel.

Where do the 21 g of protein come from?

Not from one powder sprinkled on top. Three ingredients carry the protein together — and each adds something more than just a number in the table.

1
Oat flakes
The base of the mix and a source of carbohydrate. Certified gluten-free oats also bring fibre.
2
Protein crispies
Little balls of soy protein isolate and tapioca starch. They raise the protein content and keep the crunch.
3
Peanuts and pumpkin seeds
Plant protein along with fat, magnesium and zinc — and the flavour that holds the whole granola together.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We use certified gluten-free oats. Ordinary oats are often contaminated with wheat during harvesting and milling — these are not.

The protein crispies are made from soy protein isolate. It is an ingredient that can raise the protein and stay crunchy at the same time — milk protein would go soft in the oven, and the granola would no longer be milk-free.

15.7 g per 100 g, which is 7.9 g per serving — some of it comes straight from the dried apples. It is sweetened only with rice syrup — no white sugar and no artificial sweeteners.

A 50 g serving has around 210 kcal and 10.5 g of protein — more protein than the same amount of regular cereal. What counts, though, is your total daily intake, not a single food.

Tightly closed and kept dry, it stays crunchy for several weeks. Moisture is its only enemy — the granola won’t spoil, it just goes soft.

Yes. It goes well with protein porridge or with yoghurt and a protein topping if you want even more protein.
