Hydrobeef® is hydrolysed beef protein — the protein is already partially broken down into smaller peptides. The body absorbs them faster and more completely than standard proteins, achieving digestibility of up to 99 % — more than whey isolate, egg, and plant-based sources.10
Amino acid profile
Every scoop delivers the amino acid profile of Hydrobeef™ enriched with extra glutamine. A strong presence of glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline deepens the recovery character of the formula, while leucine, isoleucine, and valine support muscle repair after exercise.
Palatinose™ and Zynamite® – sustained energy, no crash
Palatinose™ (isomaltulose) is a carbohydrate with a low glycaemic index – it digests slowly, delivering energy to the body consistently in smaller doses (3–4 hours). Consumption of foods containing isomaltulose instead of sugar contributes to a lower rise in blood glucose after their consumption. The result: longer endurance, less fatigue, sharper focus – without the crash that follows an energy drink.
Zynamite® adds a bioactive extract to the formula that supports performance and reduces fatigue without the need for caffeine.
Macro breakdown per serving
One 30 g scoop delivers approximately 18.9 g protein, 2.7 g carbohydrates and 0.6 g fat. The macros are calibrated so protein leads the recovery shake, with energy replenished without unnecessary caloric load.
When and how to take it?
Mix 1 scoop (30 g) with 200 ml of water, milk, or a plant-based drink. The creamiest flavour comes through with milk or a plant-based drink. The recovery shake dissolves naturally in both cold and warm liquids.
