Bonthé is the tea range, from single origin green and white teas through to the caffeine free herbal and fruit infusions.
It includes Ceremonial Matcha Bio in 30 g, Sencha, Pai Mu Tan, Chamomile Bio and Yerba Maté Bio.
Green tea wants water at about 80 degrees. Straight off the boil it turns bitter in seconds, and no timing rescues it.
