The Buttery Cream & Crunch is a crunchy peanut butter made from 99.5% hi-oleic peanuts and a pinch of sea salt. The peanuts are dry-roasted, with no added sugars, palm oil or preservatives. Pieces of peanut are added to the smooth butter.

Hi-oleic peanuts have more monounsaturated fats and less omega-6 than ordinary ones. The butter is a source of protein and high in fibre. The larger 800 g pack lasts approximately 40 portions of 20 g.

High-oleic peanuts
99.5 % A variety with a higher proportion of oleic acid, the same monounsaturated fatty acid as in olive oil.
Spanish sea salt
0.5 %, organic A pinch of salt brings out the flavour of the roasted peanuts.
Dry-roasted
no oil The peanuts are roasted without added oil and ground in small batches in Spain.
Peanut pieces
a crunchy texture Chopped peanuts are added to the finely ground butter.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to now. I've tried various peanut butters and searched for quality for years. I really love peanut butter both functionally and taste-wise, but I was worried about the high omega-6 content. Luckily I managed to compensate for it with the rest of my diet and my blood tests confirmed it, but I knew it wasn't ideal and many organic alternatives didn't taste good to me.
