The Buttery makes peanut butter and little else, which is the whole reason the texture is as consistent as it is. The range has 6 products.
It includes White Chocolate 220 g (23.8 g protein, 16 g sugars per 100 g), Dark Chocolate Crunch 220 g (21.7 g protein, 9.9 g sugars) and Cream & Crunch 350 g (8 g protein, 6.2 g sugars). Compare sugars and protein per 100 g to pick between them.
The range is Pure Cream in 350 and 800 g, Cream & Crunch in both sizes, Dark Chocolate Crunch and White Chocolate in 220 g.
Oil separating on top is normal in a jar with nothing added to stop it. Stir it back once and store the jar upside down.
