Who is Wild & Coco?

Wild & Coco is a Czech brand from Prague and I know its developers personally. With Essential Protein, what convinced me is that the tablet contains only the eight essential amino acids and nothing that doesn't need to be there.

  • Short ingredient list: eight amino acids, no sweeteners or flavourings
  • Plant origin: free from milk, gluten and lactose, suitable for vegans too
  • Clear dosage: the pack states the content of each amino acid per tablet

I've used it for a very long time, it helps with weight loss - the best Powerlogy product for me

It really is hard to swallow these things, and 4 or 5 at once, but I understand why they're so big. Metabolically I can't tell whether they have any effect on me, I've been taking them for two months and I trust they do what they're meant to. I bought 5 packs right away.

Unfortunately neither the website nor the product states the amount of protein received per 1 tablet, and the composition doesn't give the protein ratio per tablet or the recommended dose either. I emailed to ask and I don't see any FAQ under the product. Anyone who knows a bit about this will want to know that received value.

Diana Lackovičová

Hello Eva,

thank you for the message and for noticing this.

Essential Protein isn't a protein powder, but a blend of 8 free-form essential amino acids – one tablet contains about 1,000 mg of amino acids in total (L-leucine 196.4 mg, L-valine 165.7 mg, L-isoleucine 148.3 mg, L-lysine 142.9 mg, L-phenylalanine 128.9 mg, L-threonine 111.1 mg, L-methionine 69.9 mg, L-tryptophan 36.8 mg).

The recommended daily dose is 4 tablets, so roughly 4 g of essential amino acids.

We'll add this information directly to the product page too, so everyone can find it right away.

The best form of protein I've found so far.

Unfortunately it's not true that it doesn't affect digestion, which is supposed to be the main benefit. On top of that, swallowing 5 hard two-centimetre tablets is sometimes a challenge.

Shame that breastfeeding women can't take it... :(
