Every coffee lover loves tiramisu. But how about a lighter version that tastes just as good as the original? For this dessert you can use empty Powerlogy tins, for example.
We replaced the classic ladyfingers with rice cakes soaked in our Powerlogy Organic Coffee. Instead of mascarpone we used low-fat quark with Powerlogy Cashew Cream, and dusted the finished dessert with Powerlogy Upgraded Cacao.
Preparation:
- Brew 1 cup of Powerlogy Coffee Lungo.
- Stir 1 low-fat quark with 1 tbsp Powerlogy Cashew Cream until smooth.
- Dip the rice cakes into the cooled coffee and cover the bottom of the empty Powerlogy tin with them.
- Spoon the quark cream on top and smooth it out.
- Repeat the layers twice more and dust the final quark layer with cacao.
- Put the glasses with the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 2 – 3 hours.
