Powerlogy Academy is a series in which we put the questions we get from you, our Power people. We bring you the answers in an engaging format, where our guest, an expert on the topic, replies in short, to-the-point videos.
Take a look with us at the latest topic – snacking for children, which so many of you – parents of healthy children – asked about. Our questions were answered by an experienced specialist in nutrition for the youngest, Alexandra Patay, founder of the portal Čojediazdravédeti.

We asked:
- Alex, we would like your view on snacks (mid-morning and afternoon snacks) for children during the day. Are they suitable and important? If so, why?
- Your favourite, go-to ideas for quick and healthy snacks to pack for school or day trips?
The Powerlogy squeeze packs are brilliant. The sun does not bother them, it does not matter if the cream is out for longer, the shelf life is great and the effect is wonderful. Children can choose whether they want cashew, almond or another nut. Nougat wins hands down.

- Are there snacks you would recommend avoiding? For example the ones commonly sold in supermarkets, school canteens or similar places.
Why not try packing our tasty and nutritious creams in handy small packs for your children too. Either as a snack to top up energy for the rest of the day, or as a sweet, wholesome reward that even the smallest ones love.
