Powerlogy nougat ice cream

Summer and ice cream simply belong together. On these hot days there can be nothing better than cooling down with this frozen treat. And what about enjoying ice cream with added value? What is more, you can make it in the comfort of your home from just 4 ingredients! Another great thing about this recipe is that you can swap the original nougat for any of our nut creams.

Method:

• Whip the cream until almost stiff.
• Add our nutty nougat, Powerlogy collagen and cacao, and mix at low speed until the ingredients are fully combined.
• Put the finished mixture into a plastic container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
• Before serving, let the ice cream stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
• You can serve it with our crunchy honey and strawberry granola, fresh fruit or shavings of Powerlogy chocolate, to taste.
