Vitamins and minerals in active and chelated forms, plus five other ingredients.

B vitamins
in active forms Folate as Quatrefolic®, B12 as methylcobalamin, B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate. They contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.1
Iron and magnesium
10 mg and 200 mg Iron as Ferrochel® (ferrous bisglycinate), magnesium as bisglycinate. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells.1
Hair, skin and nails
biotin, zinc, selenium Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin, zinc and selenium to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.1
Other ingredients

Iron with magnesium??? They clash, we're limiting the absorption of both minerals, primarily iron. Who came up with such nonsense???

Both iron and magnesium in the product are in the form of bisglycinates (Ferrochel® and magnesium bisglycinate), and we recommend taking it with food, ideally in the morning.
