premium nut — 7 % Full of natural sweetness and a distinctive creamy flavour. Rich in protein, vitamin B6, and antioxidants. They give the granola its unmistakable green colour.
natural sweetener, GI 35 Instead of refined sugar (GI 65–70), we use coconut syrup with a glycaemic index of just 35. Caramel depth of flavour.
gentle baking A heat-stable fat for healthy baking. No palm oil, no emulsifiers. It gives the granola a subtle coconut aroma and helps create perfectly crunchy flakes.
