Length of preparation: 30 minutes Number of persons: 1

Here is another tip for your “breakfast portfolio”. If you are racking your brains over what to make for breakfast, read on. Porridge can be made in many ways, and you will love this recipe with yoghurt and fruit. Besides the great taste, you will also get nutrients that give you energy for the whole morning.

Method:

Put the oat flakes into a small baking dish, pour over the coconut milk, add a tablespoon of honey, the poppy seeds, cinnamon, the chopped apple and the blueberries, and mix everything well. If the mixture is thick, add a little more milk or water. Dot the top with ghee butter broken into small pieces and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 160 degrees. Divide the baked porridge between two bowls, layer a large spoonful of yoghurt on top, then the nuts and the nut butters.

Tip: To make the fruit softer, you can simmer the chopped apple beforehand with a little water and cinnamon (or honey).
