Small, fluffy pancakes made from banana and oat flakes are ready in twenty minutes. The best part, though, is on top: our protein topping. It comes in three flavours, so one batter gives you three different breakfasts.
The toppings are peanut-based with collagen and MCT fats. Warm them slightly so they pour easily.
Method:
- Blend the eggs, banana, oat flakes, milk and baking powder into a smooth batter. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Brush a pan with a thin layer of coconut oil and cook small pancakes from one spoonful of batter over medium heat, about 1 minute per side.
- Briefly warm the toppings in a water bath or for a few seconds in the microwave to make them runnier.
- Stack the pancakes and pour over the topping of your choice.
3 ways:
- Chocolate: Protein Topping Choco Cream, banana slices and a few pieces of dark chocolate.
- Salted caramel: Protein Topping Salted Caramel, chopped apple and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Strawberry: Protein Topping Strawberry Cream, fresh strawberries and a spoonful of yoghurt.
