Collagen, Quercetin and Resveratrol
This tag lists Powerlogy collagen powders and supplements with polyphenols. Collagen comes in Upgraded Collagen Complex (unflavoured, Apple and Orange, 300 g each) and Upgraded Collagen Skin+ (20 sachets of 10 g). The polyphenols are Flow Quercetin 50 g and Flow Resveratrol 20 g, joined by Flow Longevity capsules and the organic Deortegas Hojiblanca olive oil.
For collagen, compare the numbers per 100 g: Upgraded Collagen Complex has 88 g of protein, the Apple and Orange versions 82 g, all three 0 g of sugars. Collagen Skin+, with 50% Naticol® fish collagen, has 53 g of protein and 18 g of fibre from inulin. A serving of Complex is 15 g in 200–300 ml of water or another drink; Skin+ is one 10 g sachet in 200 ml.
Collagen powders
Upgraded Collagen Complex combines bovine collagen peptides, L-glycine, Naticol® fish collagen peptides, type II fish collagen and acerola powder (25%). The Apple and Orange versions add natural flavouring. Stir it into water, a smoothie or coffee below 70 °C. Collagen Skin+ comes in handy cherry-flavoured sachets with inulin, L-cystine and acerola extract.
Quercetin and resveratrol
Quercetin and resveratrol belong to the polyphenols, plant compounds found naturally in fruit, vegetables and tea.
- Flow Quercetin 50 g – Quercefit®, an extract of Japanese pagoda tree buds (Sophora japonica) bound to phospholipids from sunflower lecithin.
- Flow Resveratrol 20 g – 100% trans-resveratrol from Japanese knotweed extract (Polygonum cuspidatum).
- Flow Longevity 120 capsules – a blend that, besides quercetin and trans-resveratrol, contains coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinol), nicotinamide riboside, PQQ, B vitamins, D3 and K2.
